QP isn't finding the default 'no image found' image and/or the new logo - these need to be in the root QP folder.

Download the images from http://www.quickplayfrontend.com/index.php?showtopic=311 or upgrade to the newest version of QuickPlay.

Rename mame.ini (in the MAME folder, not the dats folder) to mame64.ini, and then select it in the config.
